Laura has been a licensed hairdresser for over 25 years. She has spent her career in pursuit of the highest quality education and professionalism the industry can provide. 

 

While living in Portland for almost ten years, Laura worked at one of the foremost salons in the Pacific Northwest. She apprenticed as a haircutting specialist where she learned a completely different approach to haircutting.  Laura’s talent and passion quickly earned her a teaching staff position where she was able to help train and groom the new apprentices through haircutting classes and mentorship.

 

Throughout her career Laura’s pursuit of ongoing education has kept her inspired and on trend.  She has trained in haircutting at the Bumble and Bumble Academy and the Matrix Global Academy. She has also gone to the Unite Training Academy in San Diego, along with pursuing regional, state and local educational opportunities.

 

Laura since has established herself as a stylist and educator at an upscale salon in the North Metro area. She has served as an Advanced Haircutting Educator, as well as an Artistic Director for the Unite Eurotherapy Hair Company.

 

Laura is well versed in both Hair Coloring and Haircutting. She loves working with many hair types, but designing customized short hairstyles are her most favorite. Very experienced working with curly hair and has an extensive razor cutting skillset.
